These terms cover your use of theivybk.com, the website of The Ivy Bar & Kitchen ("The Ivy," "we," "us"), operated by Thirsty Angus LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Menus, prices and hours
We do our best to keep menus, prices, hours, specials and events accurate, but they can change without notice and items can run out. If something on the website differs from what we tell you in the restaurant, the restaurant governs.
Reservations
Sending a reservation request does not guarantee a table. Your reservation is confirmed when we confirm it to you by email or phone. For a table today, please call us at (773) 799-8160, since email requests may not reach us in time.
Private events
A private event inquiry is a request, not a booking. A private event is booked only when you and The Ivy have agreed to a written private event agreement and we have received the deposit it requires. That agreement, and not this page, sets the terms for your event.
Online orders, gift cards and payments
Online ordering, gift cards and invoiced payments are provided through Toast, on Toast's pages and under Toast's terms. We never ask you to send card numbers by email or text.
Using the website
Please use the site only for lawful purposes and in good faith. Don't submit false information, try to break or overload the site or its forms, or use automated tools to copy the site or send bulk submissions.
Our content
The text, logos, photos, menus and design on this site belong to The Ivy or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as Toast, Google, Instagram and Facebook. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is," without promises that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Ivy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using or being unable to use the site.
